Colac bay summer vs winter

The beaming sun hits the ocean at 6 am in the morning. The humid sunrise warms up the whole town with its powerful rays. My human eyes are smouldered by the reflective ocean. The air feels different as the humidity from the sea unfurls into the sky. Deep blue skies calmly roam the town as Gentle winds breathe into the swells pushing the waves back making rooster tails like patterns. Small swells breaking on the beach with big crowds and paddle boarders snaking all the waves. The white faced sunscreen surfers waits for a big set but cant seem to find one. Hectors dolphins start coming out to play in the waves majestically jumping around like an acrobat. The friendly beasts are playful and fun and always cause no harm. Gurus lighting up fires on the perfect circle rocks, warming up their hands even though its the middle of summer. Big ute’s pulling up to hit the infamous wave of Colac bay but finds the swells that are barley reaching 1 and a half meters. playful young kids still froth the waves as they smoothly carve up the sea making all the elders look trash. I start heading in the first steps in are the coldest as the water starts to seep into the wetsuit and puts my body in shock. paddling out in the chilly water
